Amenities nice as usual. A couple of staff can be rude others overly nixw and accommodating. Night pool party was nice but DJs are not diverse at all. Would definitely return but not to the pool party. Can’t stand hearing techno/house music for hours straight.

We we're charged on the card to reserve the room for parking and then charged $20 again as we exited, though we told the extremely rude parking attendant that we stayed and were already charged. He would not let us leave until we paid the additional amount.

Beautiful hotel nice stay. My check-in was super easy and fast the young lady at check-in was polite and informative. Shanea not sure if I got it right. Ate at the Burger restaurant food was reasonable and good. The best part over all. The BEDS ARE VERY VERY COMFORTABLE. My new home from home.

We booked and paid for a king size room. When we checked in, which was late since we had dinner and a show before coming to hotel, they gave away our room and now they had only queen size beds for me and my girlfriend. The queen size bed was very small like a double bed. They had music blasting all night outside the window and the AC was loud and noisy so we had trouble sleeping. They gave us $50 for food but have to use it before 11 am check out. I called early the next day and asked for an hour longer checkout and they told me they would charge me $20 to stay to 12 and $40 till 1 pm. I asked them to take back the $50 for food and put it toward late check out and they refused. I asked for a supervisor at check in as well as when I called next morning and there was no one.

I recently stayed at Harrah’s , and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and stunning views of the ocean that took our breath away every day. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a private balcony with a great view, and a luxurious bathroom. The food was another highlight; each meal was a delight, with a variety of options catering to different tastes. Whether we dined at the main restaurant or one of the specialty dining spots, the quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall Harrah’s exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a luxurious escape. We can’t wait to come back!

I paid for king bed I got a room with 2 double queen beds. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. I could hear the people in the next room and we were right above the bar so all night could hear the music.

I liked the room but because it was recently renovated, the pool is not functional to teenagers They can't use the pool there is a small pool on the fourth floor for children but it's very crowded because parents are together with their children because they can't use the main pool, I only chose this hotel because of the pool but I couldn't use it they charge per person to enter that tiny sad pool.
