I checked in on 5:30 pm on 10/19/2024! I had made reservation on a day before, when I got inside the room was a very strong smell of marijuana, also the Air conditioner was very noise!!! I ask then to upgrade my and they told they will move me to a different room,but they don’t have the same type of room as o request in my Reservation!!! At this point I told my son let’s go home , here is not a place to be at least tonight , so I checked out at 10:00pm !! I request a refund, they told me I have to call Expedia , so é podia is trying to get contact with the hotel , but no one answer the phone !! I sent 3 emails but no answer yet!!!

For the price it was good. The hotel is showing it's age. Walls are a little thin. Bed was comfortable but very low.There is no casino betting in this hotel! It's a kids wonderland with a large arcade,go-karts and attached waterpark. Self parking is $25 a day through a mobile phone; not sure how they check that you paid. The walk to the parking lot and the lot itself feels a " I wouldn't walk there at night"".The hotel outdoor pool was closed (October).

Once is Enough
Friends suggested meeting up with us in Atlantic City. None of us had been there before, and we’ll never go there again. I guess if you’re a gambler, and if you’re staying in one of the best casino hotels, and if you never leave the property it would be OK, but we all thought the city was sad and run down. We feel bad for the people living there.

Dirty and can't even make up for it with service
This hotel is not only run down and not updated, I wouldn't frown on some wear and tear...but it also was dirty (mildew on the shower curtain, stains on the wall, and chairs that have never been cleaned in what looks like 10+ years). On top of that, they couldn't even give a 30 minute late check out for someone who checked in early evening the night before.

The hotel is nice , the lobby area is beautiful but they really do need to upgrade their rooms. I come often to AC and enjoy showboat a lot especially if you have kids. Will be back again
