The bed was comfortable, the TV was really nice. I had to call for towels twice before they were delivered. The furniture was really old and stained. Really bad stains. The ceiling about the whirlpool tube looked like it had been damaged by water. The bathroom like was missing a cover around it, the vent was dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff ignored all our requests.Which were a request for a extra towel because I only had 2 and a room with three guest we didn't receive soap or toothpaste and had to repeatedly asked and never received.Our room was not cleaned once during our 3day stay.Also most of the arcade games don't work and you don't know until you already added tokens.I spent most of my time at the showboat hotel.

the heat in the room didnt work at all. it was way to cold. couldnt shower and didnt even want to use the bathroom bc it was way to cold in there. the room was at 62 degrees the entire stay. i was told it was a sensor but found out in the morning the heat was broken
