The place was clean. The staff are very welcoming. The hotel looks beautiful inside. The decoración is very unique. Pool were clean. 2 Family pool and 1 Adults only pool. Everything was fine , however it was a long walk to the Pier. I’m satisfied

Very close to the beach. Resort is understaffed, can't find help, no daily housekeeping (wet towels, trash not removed, toiletries not replaced), pricey food, elevators from garages not working properly, certain areas have underworking climate control (ac is not working or very low). No available front desk personal to answer any questions you might have f.e. about parking fees. Not enought clear signage with directions, especially after you arrive where to go to check in when you are not familiar yet with the area...

The line was so long to Check in I would have missed the concert. I tried the kiosk but it said I needed the front desk. When i came back the desk was closed for the night had to drive 4 hrs back home

Room seemed lacking in some amenities. Chairs were what you would find in a schoolroom or meeting room so had to sit in bed to read or watch TV. No towel racks in bathroom. Had a nice corner room so good views.

I liked the convenience of the property because we did not have to get of the property for example to eat, to shop or to play .Everything you want , you will find it in the property.

The place was just dirty in general. It looks like things haven't been repaired in a long time. Wall switches were broken, electric outlets were broken, even the coffee machine was broken. The curtains had spots you can see light through. The showers coldest setting was almost unbearably hot. The toilet leaked water from behind. They've really let the place go downhill.

Was the worst experience i had with a hotel so far.. i go to check in and they don’t have the room i paid for they told me either i had to keep a smoking one when i told them i couldn’t because of health problems or to keep a smaller room with just one bed. They didn’t try to give me other options at all
