Don’t Valet your car. They will loose the key and not do anything to help. PS rooms are horrible decorated and the TV continuously goes in an out. Staff sucks

It was terrible. When one pays over $500 a night for a hotel it should be a good stay. A guy in a t-shirt checked us in and I guess that’s ok but it was downhill from there. The only towel rack in the bathroom with a very small sink half taken up by stacked towels was not attached to the wall on one side, it was on the floor. When I asked them to fix it on the first day of a 2 day stay they said they would but they did not. Same with the safe told them the first day and they said they would but they did not do anything. They valet service for the hotel is not linked to the hotel and there is only room for a bout 4 or five cars for the entire valet process which we had very bad experience with. The location of this hotel is excellent, this is an old, tired not well managed hotel that is a hard pass for us going forward, most notably at a $500 plus price point.

Hotel was new, clean and well decorated. Nice eatery in lobby. Valet was quick. Great proximity to Auburn campus (across the street), and walkable to restaurants and shops in downtown area. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

I love staying at the Graduate properties and this one did not disappoint! The attention to detail is top notch! Everyone was friendly and helpful and it just made one of my favorite places even better! We will definitely stay there again!
