The service was excellent...everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. I probably wouldn't return just because of the room. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable and the room itself smelled like a wet dog. The last time I stayed there, I had the same experience with the room. I'm assuming this is a pet friendly hotel since I saw 2 different dogs in the hallway. If the hotel cannot properly maintain the carpeting in the pet friendly areas, a hard surface flooring should be considered for easier maintenance. Hampton Inn is also pet friendly, also has carpet, but does not have that nauseating smell. Great employees at the desk and serving breakfast, though.

Towels that were supposed to be clean were full of hair...the room smelled like mold. There was a cockroach in the room and i could hear everything the neighbors were doing. the room next to me was playing guitar at midnight and the gentleman at guest services said he would see what he could do and he didn't do anything.
