Great location pleasant stay
Great location near food places and buses. Good shower and good to have a manned reception until 8 pm instead of all this unmanned we will send you a code for a lock box/room that occurs these days. There is a bit of traffic noise as windows are not double glazed and near busy road.

Sorry I’m not fussy person but was so dirty and smelly .heaps of mark stains on carpet , But the view and location looked perfectly but as soon you get inside … totally horrible

Liked the high pressure in the shower, quiet, clean and convenient location for us. Didn’t like the rudeness of the man at reception when I accidentally forgot my ID, nor his assumption that we were smoking in the room when the smoke alarm went off randomly. Couldn’t use the tv due to the substandard network connection and the same with the wifi. Only enough milk for one drink each and no dishwashing liquid.

Daily clean towels. Clean & tidy rooms. Park outside my room. Shops and restaurants across the road and Westfield Mall. Safety, peace and quiet. Public transport from the Mall every few minutes.

Lovely room comfortable bed, could have done with an extra blanket and pillow, excellent shower, hot and refreshing. Close to shops, which was great. Please next time we stay can we have a down stairs room, as we found the stairs hard to climb, Thank you. Enjoyed our stay

First room TV didn't work, person on reception was very help by coming to see what the problem was, changed cable still didn't go. So was changed to another room with working TV. Door didn't have a chain lock on the inside but door was locked, room didn't have an iron. Apart from those few things was an ok stay.
