Sorry to leave a bad review, but my check in experience was the worse I ever experienced in any hotel , 3pm was my check in time , I arrived at reception at 3.30 and told please wait 5 minutes room is not ready , my family and I waited and after 15 minutes I joined the long queue line , reception staff could see me but didn’t bother to let me know but for me to be processed after everyone in front of me , when I got in front at 3.50 , they say the same thing, room will be ready in 5 minutes.
We waited for another 10 minutes, then I see no line at counter so I went to ask again and they say oh yes room is ready now .
Come on - at least communicate better with your customers, you could have informed me at 5 minute intervals that more delays were expected, offer a cup of tea or drink when guest are waiting because of delays . Delays happen due to housekeeping taking more time.
Unfortunately that experience just over shadowed everything else .
