New hotel not quite ready
This is a brand new hotel, which is still needing some refinement. The bar is not open, or the espresso stand. The gym is beautiful with a jacuzzi tub, pool and sauna, however there are no towels to use for sweat, no water container to fill your water bottles. It looks like it is set up for a spa with massage available. Beautiful hotel. Our room had a kitchenette which was wonderful, but no wash/sponges to clean up counter after use. An espresso machine is available as well as the hot pot to heat water.

Clean and quiet room. Pool, gym and spa were quiet too. Pool was very cold though. Lift broke with us in it. Door fob timed out before check out, just a hassle to get set up again.

Excellent in most of the areas needed, but have to be mindful it’s just been opened 3 mths and still had areas being worked on and having to park on a rough worksite with no carpark security made me feel uncomfortable throughout the night.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly enough, was a bit disappointed though as a 4 star ranked hotel that room service, dining or coffee service was not available to the room, no mini bar, no inhouse restaurant, cafe or bar available, you need to either go get your own groceries, Uber eats or go dine elsewhere. Upon entering the room the TV had a welcome message under another guests name. The staff were friendly and allowed 1 extra hour for check out which was appreciated. The pool was a bit cold but the set up was nice in the pool area. Unfortunately I was disappointed that after checking out and receiving my room bond back as I did leave the room clean and tidy, while waiting in the lobby and just as my ride turned up, I was then approached that they contacted management to have me pay an extra $50 to pay for cleaning of a towel and pillow case which I had explained was marked from washing my hair. I can not find any information in t&c about paying extra for cleaning linen if you mark it and have never been charged at any other hotel for marked linen, so I recommend don't wash if you have any remnants of colour in your hair, possibly if you wear fake tan as you may get charged washing fees. At this point I don't feel I would stay there again but glad I checked it out, the staff were friendly however during the stay and apologized that their was no in dine service available.

Enjoyed our stay at Maxim. There are facilities advertised as coming soon which will further enhance: bar in foyer, and room-service food. Stand-out feature: sound proofing. We didn't hear noise from neighbours or corridor.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my whole entire life of traveling. They have the best Chinese restaurant the best convenience. If you need something early in the morning, the manager is always reliable. The staff is amazing. They have great chargers for the cars for electric And they’re very reliable when it comes to their sources and to helping you in any best way possible they have a spa on the property a sauna and a swimming pool and a gym best for any inconvenience on sources at your fingertips. Would love to stay here again. We are from California to the near future will be back again
