Terrible customer service
This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my life. I was down here for two nights for work. When I left Thursday morning, I pulled on the door to make sure it was closed and it was. When I returned back at 630pm I noticed the door was acting weird. I changed and got ready to go eat dinner and as I was leaving the door would not properly close at all. I looked the the door and lock and it was obvious that someone attempted to break into the door with possibly a screw driver or a similar device and damaged the door, the frame, and doorframe hardware. I called front desk and the night shift person responded and was great but the maintenance did nothing and wasn’t available to do anything. The desk rep helped me secure the broken door. The next morning I came to address it with the front desk and the “manage” was rude and stated it was house keeping, which I refused house keeping that morning so it wasn’t them. She’s begins to argue with me stating nobody attempted to break into the room. I immediately called corporate and reported the situation and have a case number. The management did not take it seriously at all. I’m lucky I had no valuables in the room when I was working. They never called the police and refused to look at the security footage with a camera right by my door. Will not stay or recommend this place for anyone.
