This hotel was clean and the room had a great view of the CSRA. We were able to check in online and got our keys with ease once we arrived. The staff were all pleasant and were very accommodating. While it was the Thanksgiving holiday, the amenities were still all available and they gave us the amended hours for the actual holiday. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to visit.

Hotel was great, we had a softball tournament in aiken, but it was worth the drive. The receptionist were great and the parking was secured. Easy access to walk the downtown to eat and shop. Takeways Room was ok might be overpriced but comfortable. Faucet was loose but working. OVERALL GREAT STAY minor things. I would definitely book again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House in downtown Augusta for an Awards event I was attending after being selected as a finalist. The hospitality I received at the HH was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, even providing a curling iron when I realized I forgot mine! The rooftop bar and seating area is a must-visit if you’re ever in the area – the views and the atmosphere was so relaxing. David, at the front desk clerk even waited up to see if I won and celebrated with me when I returned, despite not winning – it was such a sweet and uplifting moment!
