Entire place is very dated. Restaurant is not open for dinner…. Staff very accommodating. Initial room was awful- felt like a roadside motel with a broken bed, rust in bathroom sink, old tile in bathroom, room smelled bad, but they were able to switch us to a better room. Breakfast was very good.

Slept very well in a big, clean, comfortable room
I was given a free upgrade to a ground floor suite with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The bath and shower were relatively roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall not a bad hotel
Hotel exterior and lobby in need of maintenance snd updating. Surprisingly room was large and in better condition than other areas. Room was clean. Light bulbs over vanities could be brighter. Overall not a bad hotel.

Not a bad place for a few nights.
Hotel is a little dated and the locks on the rooms were a pain with the key cards. However the staff was very kind and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend getting it at least once.

We had some equipment issues that couldn't be repaired during our stay. When we asked for an adjustment on the rate we were told that it wasn't possible because Hotels.com doesn't tell them what we paid and that there hands are tied when booking through a third party.

Our room was nothing like the pictures. More like an oudated motel with a horrible bed. The room was cramped and dirty with hairs of all kinds on the bathroom floor. The matress was extremely uncomfortable and you could feel broken springs. The best part of the place was the indoor pool and hot tub. We would not return.
