The experience with staff was remarkable, genuine, compassionate. The room was not what was expected- the carpet was stained, a toothbrush would’ve been convenient for those that left theirs at home, not enough condiments in the room (self-serve coffee with cream/sugar), no microwave, minimal channels to enjoy, and the vouchers for breakfast was not explained (amazing hand- written envelope which made up for no explanation how to use them), The valet parking/entrance was difficult to find and get to. Front desk was phenomenal!!! Greeted and walked to elevator with assistance, if needed. The staff was the EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Each member was passionate, genuine, kind, professional, and caring: this was the best staff experience. Suggestion: a sign that is noticeable for main entrance a Nd valet parking on the Main Street to provide better service and less confusion (I circled the blocks 3-4 times before noticing the main entrance); signs that are clear and mark exits and which elevators to use to get to rooms (many times I ended up in the parking lot elevators and ended up taking the stairs- great motivator for exercise for sure), an easier checkout process or more explanation to checking out while checking in. Overall, room was clean, phenomenal interactions with each team member (best feature, I would say). Amazing human experience.
