I was a little disappointed during this stay. I’ve stayed here before and it used to be my favorite hotel, but this visit fell short. The toilet tank was loose and looked like it was about to fall, which scared me a couple of times. There’s also construction going on, so it’s definitely better to be out of the room during the day. I qualified for an upgrade, but it wasn’t offered to me, which was frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I wasn’t impressed this time. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was okay, and Alfredo, the server, was especially kind and attentive.
