My amazing stay at Alof and Element
The friendly staff was amazing Gustavo, Jesus and all the staff at the front desk. They made sure I was comfortable and my stay was pleasant. They also made suggestion for local eateries and places to go grab a bite to eat. The ambience is amazing in Aloft and Element, lots of games in the lobby and great bartenders as well. The general manager And chief engineer Eric were very helpful on helping me as well with my 3 day stay. Also , the front desk person at Element named Shane was friendly and very helpful for finding perfect room for me. The element rooms are bigger and more spacious than Aloft. I definitely recommend either one of these hotels to accommodate your need.

Loved the on-site bar and the lounge area filled with fun activities like checkers, billiards, and other games. The checkin and check out process was easy and the staff was always welcoming. I look forward to staying here again

Aiden at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. It gives Total Austin TX vibes from the pink pool table, velvet hideaway booths and the bar inside the hotel where guest gather, this hotel Has many great added features. I’ve been a Marriott Bon Voy member for 9 years and this is one of my favorite locations to stay in this area. Would def book here again if needed!

Says there is a rooftop garden and it does not. Also, the headboard is against the toilet wall which is very weird and uncomfortable. Bed comfort wasn't great. Still the room was nice and clean. Customer service was excellent!
