Really great hotel in downtown Austin, near Rainey Street District. This was my first time to visit Austin and I'm so glad that I picked this hotel! Rooms were great, pool was fun and the overall hotel is really well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Austin. I also have a trip coming up to Minneapolis and will stay at a Cambria hotel, so excited to enjoy this type of hotel again and glad I signed up for the rewards/ benefits program :)

The guys at valet were amazing. The peeps at check in/out were emotionless. Didn’t get a hospitality welcome or thank you. They need to understand their role and the difference first impressions can make.
