Absolutely horrible check in experience. Same price as the Hilton up the street. Do not make the mistake of staying here. Nobody wants to check themselves in while an employee looks over their shoulder and verifies their ID what is the point of that ridiculous process? Just check the guest in. The rooms are a joke. The king bed can’t be walked around. Someone has to crawl over the other to get up to use the restroom. Bathrooms are no bigger than an RV from 1996. There is no parking and it requires 2 elevators with no luggage Dollie’s on premises. No one should ever make the mistake I made of booking this hostel disguised as a hotel.

The room is small, but it doesn't matter when you're never in it and only use it to sleep in. I loved everything about my stay. I would come back.

This is one of my favorite hotels… Conceptually it’s wonderful because nobody really needs a huge hotel room, especially for little business trips… If you like to have space in your hotel, this is definitely not it however, if you like neat and clean and efficient and comfortable… This hotel is so wonderful! Honestly, the only thing I don’t love is there is no option at all for any complementary coffee… No machine in the room is one thing but then you should at least have complementary drip coffee. That would be my only slight negative feedback.

Very artsy. Helpful staff. (The girls on night shift were particularly helpful and accommodating.) The rooms are very small but very clean and modern. It was kind of like tiny houses only tiny hotel living. Comfy bed and pillows. Convenient location for downtown access. If you are a minimalist than this is for you.

I found a fake eyelash (not mine!) on my towel, there was an obnoxious blinking blue light in the room all night, and I'm pretty sure that he nasty berries they served for breakfast this morning were leftovers from yesterday. Aside from those issues, it was fine.

The good news, the hotel was beautifully clean, the location was great, the pool was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bad news, the room is smaller than a cruise ship room, and the bathroom offers no privacy. Additionally, the creepy doll that comes with the room disrupted my sleep. The room did not reflect what is pictured on hotels.com. I feel like it was overpriced.
