Room was tiny even for 1 person. No iron, no coffeemaker, no even a pen in the room. TV is right above your bed. Everything is managed through the tablet on the table. Not computer savvy person will have issues. Location and breakfast were good.

Although the aim seems to be to reduce services and have a smaller footprint, this hotel offers tiny rooms and limited access to staff when there is a problem. The modern, fun interfaces for room controls using an iPad don't make up for missing basic amenities.

I absolutely loved my stay at citizenM Austin. It’s in a great location, central to a lot of things. I loved the vibe and how the room is set up. Will definitely come back! The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful too!
