The staff was great but the upkeep wasn't. The place was dirty, I ended up killing a roach in the bathroom first day arriving. The room wasn't clean and I didn't feel comfortable.

Great service, attentive. Rooms we’re dusty its not what it used to be. It needs some remodeling or at least carpet change. It had a very strong dirty smell.

The two people that were at the front desk were grouchy and not with great customer service. An older man just seemed rude and white women. They said breakfast start at 6am so my co-worker and I went at 6:30am and there was nothing but cereal and bread.after we ate almost nothing we went to get ready then at 8 as we te checking out, we saw now the kitchen ate was full of different breakfast. Not fair! We paid and deserved a good breakfast! we’re were leaving work there

In My original room the heater didn’t work. The light in the bedroom didn’t work and there was no shower curtain. I reported it to the hotel, and they did nothing to fix it. I was later moved to a new room. The hotel is showing extensive signs of wear, and there was only one staff member there.

The room was fine for the one night we were there. It is in need of updating and felt like a little maintenence would go a long way. More wall decorations would have made it feel more inviting.

The room had roaches, the staff didnt seem friendly, the 3rd floor button on the elevator wasnt working/broken off, so me and my 2 toddlers had to keep ealking up and down flights of stairs, the shower water only got midly warm, not hot, the bathroom/shower room needs major updating, and the pullout sofa bed was terrible

The breakfast was bad, almost nonexistent, very disappointing. The 'hot breakfast' consisted of biscuits and gravy or waffles with no syrup, and that wasn't until it was half over and complaints were made.

The breakfast was terrible. There was no hot breakfast. The fruit was rotten. I stayed in room 134. There wasn’t a hot water went to the front desk. Didn’t offer to change rooms didn’t have a shower for my two days stay went to the office the following day to talk to the head manager at the hotel he told me he doesn’t have maintenance man to fix it and it was not fixed and I was not offered a different room. The room was missing a TV. The front desk staff was very very unexperienced.
