The Fairmont Hotel is a jewel in Austin. I had thought about other hotels but when I saw the reviews I felt that this was a good option they gave me a top floor suite "upgrade" with a view of the city. Every whim that I had the staff and the Conciges we're able to meet my needs. The room was very romantic everything was very clean I have no complaints at all I would stay there again.

Yes, room was very clean. Only issue was the bathtub drain would not open. We had a suite so we just utilized the other bathtub. Just a minor maintenance issue. Everything else was very comfortable... Thanks, Longtime fan of the Fairmont Austin!!

I love staying in this hotel. The beds are comfy, room are clean and the service is great as usual! Definitely will be back. The only down part is that I came for a conference and they asked the coach to slow down the music which is odd since the coaches do the events there every time. I think they shouldn’t ask to slow down the music since we all living the experience that we paid to be there.

The bathrooms inside the room and throughout the hotel were probably the cleanest and most kept I've ever seen. Hotel was beautiful and food was excellent. Will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Austin.
