The breakfast dining room seemed understaffed. We asked to sit in an area that apparently was closed off. They were really busy and had closed off areas probably b/c they were short staffed which I don't get being a busy with one conference in town at least. I think they should have been better prepared. However, the guy that helped us I think was the manager was really nice.

The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained and the amenities are endless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool / hot tub are wonderful with great hours for someone who is staying at the hotel on business. Same with the room service which is 24 hours. All the restaurants/cafes had delicious food. All in all I would give the Fairmont Austin a perfect 10!
