The hotel was fine for the most part except for three thngs. 1) 1 of the 2 elevators broke down for my entire stay for a week causing long waits to go up and down since the hoyel was full. 2) The ice machine on my floor was broken so I had to go to 2 floors higher to get ice everyday, which was a bit annoying. 3) And since my room did not have a microwave, I had to use the one in the hotel store. There was no microwave in the kitchen area where breakfast was served.
The place it is quite and convenient. Staff very nice, easy check in an out. The only thing that I would like to say, it is that one of the elevator was out of service and we have to wait long time to get to the room and to get down as well.
Also, we had little trouble with parking lot, there is no sufficient park spaces.
Arrived around 5 for check in and was told my room was not ready due to late check out and was asked to wait an additional 15 mins. I opted to return a few hours later to check in.
The staff is a very pleasant and helpful, and the facility is clean. The

Could and should have been much better.
Our room smelled of wet dog. our balcany door was broken and never remedied. Elevator was broken. laundry was broken. ice was broken. I can only say yur employees were nice.
