The location and Service was good just the shower didnt have any HOT water had to take a quick cold shower other guest we knew said the same thing for them and the Heater in the room would turn on to cold then heat up to much unconsistance

Hot water unreliable, would not stay here again

Hot water was unreliable throughout our stay. We heard a range of excuses and suggestions, including running both the shower and tub faucet until the water warmed up. After about ten minutes of running the water, the water would at least turn from cold to warm. We only had hot showers one morning out of our three day stay. The reasons given by the front desk were: (1) they had a new tankless water heater, (2) it took time for the hot water to get to certain rooms at the end of the building (this one didn't seem applicable to us as we stayed in the middle of the floor, by the elevators), and (3) the hot water must have run out because drunk concertgoers all arrived back at the hotel at the same time. We had a minor issue with our door after our first night, in that it would not lock, but that was quickly fixed by maintenance, and for the rest of our stay, the deadbolt would get stuck, and we would subsequently have to manually open and close the door handle to get the deadbolt unstuck in order to fully lock it again. The door issue was a minor annoyance, and the hot water issue was more problematic.

Hot Water Problem

It was great and I had no complaints… but they were having issues with their hot water. We were told many things and maintenance came by. But we could never get reliable hot water in showers. One person said they are changing water sources and recommended leaving the water running for 20+ minutes and that it should start to get warm….

The hotel was adequate. There was no hot water for a shower one morning. No syrup for waffles. However, Alan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Not a well cared for "Deluxe Suite"

It was nice, but....The tiny refrigerater was hot. Really, not only did it not cool, it was hot. The sink plug was down and would not come up. My husband fixed it. The light beside the bed was out. We took one from another fixture and switched them. None of these things were earth-shattering but I expect more from a "Deluxe Suite". An employee offered us some points, but still....
