It was clean and well keep ground. The staff was nice. What I found inconvenient was charging for breakfast when it use to be complimentary. I understand inflation but to want to charge my daughter $14 for a small box of cereal is crazy. If you order a la carte, i can understand but a bagel, a bowel of cereal or fruit shouldn’t be that much. Besides that the stay was nice.

Only downfall to the hotel is, the room walls are paper thin and our neighbors were being a little noisy throughout the night. Lets just say if you have intentions of staying keep those no no noises to a quieter level because you will let your neighbor know all your dirty secrets. So if you have intentions of going for a romatic evening be adviced you're neighbors will hear and Televisions and radio noise wont mask the noise.

Everything was great - smelled really nice, was clean, spacious, mini-fridge and microwave in room, bed was firm (which is my preference), but pillows were too soft. Breakfast should’ve been included with price of room but was not - buffet was $14 or you could purchase ala carte.

The bed was too firm. Felt like we were sleeping on Fred Flinstones bed. also the air conditioner stunk like mildew and very noisy. Both of these things didnt equate to pleasant sleep.

Hello, upon arrival, we were not greeted, no one welcome us to the hilton garden inn. The lady Rhonda at the desk that checked us in was so rude and loud. Her attitude was like never i have witnessing at a hotel in my life. My son plays Football which we drove 10 1/2 hr to get there and be treated unfairly. I would have lefts however all other hotels were booked due to the football game that Saturday. I reserve 2 rooms that weekend. I will never stay there again. NEVER!! PLUS ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN!!
