Bedroom Three is fitted with a Queen size bed and shares the full guest bathroom, with shower and tub combo, down the hall with Bedroom Two.

Located in a hip East Austin neighborhood, this home is in a perfect location for groups coming in town for SXSW and the Austin City Limits music festival, as it's less than 3 miles to Downtown Austin and close to a variety of iconic restaurants on Cesar Chavez and 7th street. You are also just 4 miles from the most popular dining and shopping spots on iconic South Congress Avenue.

Please note: when outdoors, noise and music must be kept to a minimum at all times. Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

PET FRIENDLY

We are pet friendly and allow well-behaved pets with prior approval. If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is NOT included in the total price shown on the booking platform. An additional $150/pet non-refundable pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit.
