The good: - very friendly and helpful staff - nice modern rooms The not so good: - parking is a problem (in the area in general), so if you travel by car be aware it will cost ~$60/night for valet parking (no self-service), or look for options nearby - the rooms are tiny and the design of the restrooms is a bit strange - you have an almost see through glass wall, so if you decide to share a room with a friend, it could be interesting

Nice place but forced COLD plunge desirable.
I went to a film festival. It was a fantastic location and comfortable. My only BIG complaint was the forced cold plunge every morning since there was no hot water in the shower. Every morning, I would take a hobo shower since hot water came from the sink but not the shower.

I did not request a handicapped room, but that's what I got. Nice room. but the shower water leaks all over the floor. I asked for the water to be mopped up, but they just sent some extra towels for me to mop it up. All that water on the floor is very dangerous. I could have wound up handicapped after slipping and falling in that water.
