The hotel is great, the breakfast is top-notch, the staff is wonderful, valet parking was wonderful, but you can't walk from here. I felt unsafe. You will want to Uber even short distances.

Very friendly staff, the hotel was super clean, and it felt safe. You needed a room key to access the elevators, and after a certain time at night (can't remember the time, I think 11 pm), a room key was required to enter the premises. Breakfast was good, with many options. Valet service was very friendly and efficient as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Austin

Room was fine but clubs around playing loud music at night. Valet needed more help. I had to get my own car out of garage. Wasn't his fault, he was alone and swamped. If I am going to help myself then don't charge me $45 to calet my car.

Great location, very clean and well maintained, great breakfast. Only complain is that the mattress was far too soft for our taste and felt like we were sinking in it… other than that all good, great staff, specially the parking boys, super polite

Excellent spot. Quite loud on a weekend. Slept with ear plugs. But perks of a central area outweigh the downsides. Scrambled eggs could use some TLC.

The Front Desk staff in this hotel are wonderful--as are the valet parking crew and the breakfasts. The rooms are fine and the fitness center is good enough. The only drawback is that the hotel is surrounded by homeless shelters, and the 8-minute walk from the lobby to Downtown can seem a bit dodgy. But the politeness and efficiency of the staff make up for a lot.
