The location was alright for what we needed it for. The bed and pillows felt too soft, almost old compared to other hotels we had gone to. Parking was 57 bucks for valet or you could find it elsewhere. For the security it was nice i guess.

The Hyatt Place mandates that you have to valet park your vehicle at $60 per night. We stayed for 2 nights and was appalled on check out that they could not find our vehicle. The valet kept saying the car was on the way for 30 minutes. After we kicked up a big fuss, we discovered that the key was still in the valet box and no one had gone to get the car. They LIED several times when asked about the car. We can handle the truth but to LIE Bold faced when they did not know where the vehicle was is just unacceptable!.
