They have valet parking, which is very convenient for 57$ overnight stays. Now I don’t know about any other parking accommodations, so call ahead. The staff was very nice, greatly appreciated the hi and see you later upon entry and departure.The space was very nice, the only thing I’d suggest is more mirrors for closer makeup application. Haha thank you for a great holiday stay and to everyone who has contact with the guest you service daily, you did a great job.

Nice location downtown, very walkable to points of interest and dining. Staff were pleasant and the free breakfast was better than expected. The only downside was 2 of the 3 days had no hot water in the shower.

Only parking available for this hotel is valet for a price, no self park or free parking! Would have rated higher, however there was no hot water on 2nd night with both rooms I rented. Otherwise the stay was great. Front desk gave option of changing rooms, however kids asleep at 930 a night was not going to move them. They offered free stuff from store,

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The valet situation was a little chaotic. The location of the hotel was convenient to restaurants and such.

Everything you need
Great location. I still have issues with $56 a night for parking, but It's the way of the world now, so live with it I guess. The best part of the time at this beautiful Hotel was the proximity of food and live entertainment. I felt like Fried chicken and found Gus's WORLD FAMOUS CHICKEN literally across the street. I wanted to hear live music and found that Antones was only a few blocks away. Easily within walking distance. I wanted some snacks and saw a small grocery store across the street. So everything I felt I needed was easy to find. I did notice some homeless but never felt threatened. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Family of teens in Austin for the weekend
Our family ended up going to Austin last minute nd had to find a hotel pretty quickly. We got there and decided it would be pretty cramped to fit all 5 of us in one room. Went downstairs to talk to front desk asking to get connecting rooms. It took a minute but they gave us two connecting rooms for a great price. Very friendly and located well in downtown. I would stay here again.

Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and it was cold out. Pool water was ok but pool room was freezing. Overall hotel was nice but would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking to swim indoors.
