11/27 and immediately requested another room because the fridge would not work without the light being on. The second room they provided did not feel as clean so I decided to stay with the first room. While inspecting the room I found big hair balls on the floor and ants everywhere. I moved the mini fridge and plugged into a different outlet that wasn’t plugged into the light system. Decided to make it work. I stated a total of 3 nights. Some pluses are the complimentary breakfast. Pretty decent and tasty. They also have a basic gym. Some staff were friendly and accommodating. The morning that I am waking to pack my things two things happen. I see a roach which I smashed on the wall. And as I am making my bed I see another bug that looks like a roach but is more triangular. I immediately think bed bug. It moves very slowly unlike a roach and has a reddish brown color. Matched photos that I saw online to a T. I pick it up with a tissue paper and put it in the toilet. But then I realize I need to show the front desk. I get it out the toilet with another tissue and show the girl at the front desk, she confirms it’s a bed hug but that they don’t usually have that problem. I’ve never seen a bed bug in person. But I know they can be common in hotels. I did inspect the bed when I first arrived and did not notice anything concerning. I know they can travel between rooms and could be why I only experienced this on my last day. I requested a refund for my stay.

Run down place with dirty carpets and mold in sealing. Noise air conditioner and refrigerator. Need complete overhaul. No protected internet.

The property had low quality amenities: shampoo in the bathroom but had to ask for conditioner and lotion, really thin toilet paper & kleenex, dirty surfaces on inside door of bathroom, few options for the breakfast. Positives are the staff members were very helpful, the beds & pillows were comfortable, parking was well lit as well as the bedside lamps.
