I would not recommend this property to anyone . All the doors were broken I mean all of them . You could only come in by the front entrance. The staff was always with a sad demotivated attitude and the elevators were broke. Lastly the room was dirty there was hair in the beds that were not mine and the hallways and rooms smell like Weed.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They Just wanted to be on their phone and acted annoyed when I asked for info. Breakfast was awful - coffee and hot water jugs need to go - I was there for 10 minutes pumping to get hot water for tea. There were no "do not disturb" signs or if there were , the staff was too lazy to get them for me. Several back doors did not work so I had to go to front of desk to come and go. Overall this was not a pleasant stay. Which is a shame bc the place is located in a great place and the facility was clean and just what u want when traveling. This is not a luxury hotel however it was a nice place to go to when u are on business or visiting family or area and don't want to stay at the hotel the whole time. However the staff needs to go or get an education in hospitality.

We’ve stayed at this location before and while it isn’t awful, it also could use some improvements. When checking in there was a sign saying they were short staffed and someone would be with us momentarily. I waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk. The room we were assigned had a broken door and a note that said lift handle. You could tell the room/door had been broken into before and was patched with a metal plate. None of the exterior key card entries work so there were rocks holding the doors open!!

Condition of the property is poor. Except the reception area, all hotel corridors smell like animal piss and smoke. The first room we got had a terrible 'feet' or 'wet dog' smell. After complaining, we had to wait 45 min for the hotel to run a defogger in the room in an attempt to take the stink out because they did not have any other room available on the first floor. That seemed to work the first night, but the stink came right back by the morning. We ended up changing rooms, just to find out, TV in the 2nd room does not work! The hotel couldn't fix it or swap it out with another one. Then, we changed rooms again! This time we were given a room that clearly was broken into before as a metal bar was screwed onto the door jamb in front of the lock to prevent another attempt! The hotel is in a really nice area walking distance to many stores at The Domain, but we would never stay at this property again.
