My biggest complaint isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel, but my neighbor has a dog who barked throughout the night, they left the room through the night, and at 5am they had a loud conversation and laughing. The upstairs neighbor was frequently stomping around through the night as well. I got no sleep. The room wasn't bad, but the bathroom could have been cleaner and had some repairs that could have been done better. The breakfast is very basic.

I stay in a one-bedroom suit, it was fantastic. It was clean, very modern design (I took pictures to show my friends). I had the room only for one night, then I moved to a Hilton downtown because of conference. I regrated why I did not stay longer. I did not like the options for the breakfast. But for the amount of money I paid for one night, I should not have expected too much. I will definitely go back.

The staff are very nice and try their best to resolve any issue one may have. One room had AC/heat issue and we could not turn on the heat. The maintenance came and offered options: changing room, portable electric heat We chose electric heater for night one and changed the room on the next day. Parking was nice and safe. Location was close to the airport and easy access to highways. Breakfast was good with different options. Clean breakfast room. Very nice and friendly staff.

Second stay

This was our second visit to the Microtel Inn, to be near the airport in a well-appointed room. Everything was top-notch, and we were easily able to get their shuttle to the airport. Thanks for a good experience.

Nice quick overnight stay our flight got in 2 hours late but check in was still easy. Only thing is breakfast ended at 9:30 am and we didn’t get to the hotel until almost 2 am. We made it downstairs just in time to grab something to eat. Otherwise comfortable beds oh and side note the room was on AC and a cold front was coming through so had to switch to heat and it never got very warm in there but we didn’t sleep much for it to matter.
