Nice property. Needs updates but great location with access to I-35 and Hwy 71 in South Austin. Property scheduled for renovations after 1st of the year per the staff at front desk. Staff very friendly.

This property is right off the freeway so easy access to everything. We had a room facing the freeway and we were surprised that you could hardly hear any traffic. Very good food at the hotel.

Property was great, Expedia pulling the bait and switch then charging more than the actual hotel then saying I wasnt entitled to a refund of the difference will be the reason i never use this platform.

The property is less pricey than the places in downtown Austin. It's very nice and has the feel of a very nice luxury hotel. It smells fantastic when you walk in.

Staff could use a refresher on customer service. Bar staff at night was rather sarcastic. I asked what time they closed and his response was, when I feel like it. So I did not return to have some drinks.
