The house is less than a mile from restaurants, H-E-B, Lakeline Mall, Metro Rail Station, Alamo Drafthouse (movies), Hwy 183 and 45 Tollway. There is only one neighbor to the left. The park, pond, playground, and trail are adjacent to the home. You are about 20 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes from Lake Travis.
