Great hotel.
Communication before and during my stay was great, even if it was for just 1 day. The only issue i had was with the wifi, it would cut off some times and we had to use our phone for hotspot.

Close to downtown. The river walk across the sheet is currently closed for construction but it’s easy to walk around. The freeway outside was a bit loud but walking to grab groceries was a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again.

A great Austin stay

Not a fan. Very noisy by highway. Woke up every night multiple times because of the noise. Multiple issues with getting more supplies for room - would have to go up front every time or wait hours for housekeeping. Felt like the place was put together quick. First glance very cute but once you stay for multiple days it’s beauty fades and you see it’s not that nice.

Perfect spot for downtown Austin.
We had a great 2-night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The whole process was easy, and the location was perfect for fun downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. Walking distance to Rainey Street. The hotel is very new and nice and clean. But based on the material and furniture they used, not sure if they will hold up over time. Staffs are not particularly friend. Never smile. When I checked in, he gave me a code for all my entries in the building and the parking. And when I checked out, I asked if there is anything else I should do. He said no, but nice to know that you are leaving. Do not care if we have a pleasant day, not particularly want to engage in conversation. Looking at his laptop most of time. My VIP gift is 2 bottle of water, which you will get in most hotel room anyway. Price is good for what it is. Parking on site with extra cost, a few dollars less than most hotel in downtown.

I liked the contactless check in. There is a hot chocolate machine in the lobby that my kids enjoyed. I have a big SUV and I hate parking in underground parking garages but it was not a problem because it was not full at 4p.m. but if I would have tried to park when it was full it may have been a problem. Place is in walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. Whole Foods and Target are directly on the other side of freeway. Loved the room although it is small compared to how the pictures look. It was comfortable for my two children and me. I had a one bedroom. Place is very secure, need a code to go up/down in elevator, to garage, and your room (all the same code). Would stay here again.

Great hotel / lodging concept!
Wish more hotels would follow suit. Clean, comfortable, privacy & efficiency! Less waste with these mini apt style rooms that are fully stocked & self contained! Loved having outdoor space & pool (wish it was heated & lap swim but that’s clearly not deal breaker). Great location and smart design of the space. Only downside is noise factor for rooms facing the street..

The rooms were laid out ok - it was the little things. I (& my co-worker in her room) bought cleaning supplies. The dishes needed to also be re-washed. Things were so/so clean but not clean if you looked at the surfaces. My fuse breakers for the air conditioner kept tripping and the room would get really hot in the night (glad it was Nov & not Aug). My co-worker had to change rooms twice for air conditioner not working at all, the smell of dog (it is a pet friendly hotel) in the 2nd room - 3rd one she just cleaned and stayed. The staff were great!! Friendly and kind!! I have stayed in many places in Austin - I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Like the convenience of a kitchen. Bedroom and bed very small, no natural light. Code to enter door did not work so had to request a key fob. Water pressure in shower minimal. People friendly. REquested a tea bag and was told they did not have them.
