Stayed for one night to attend a concert in the area. The exterior is rough, but the interior feels modern. The room I stayed at was clean and the bed was nice, better than the one I have at home. You can tell they recently renovated the rooms. The staff was polite and helpful. Next time I come here I'll get a room that's facing away from the highway traffic, and if you are sensitive to outside noise while trying to sleep, I suggest doing the same.

The cleanliness seemed on part of not better than places we've stayed. It's clear that it was an older property that had been updated, but the room offered more than one might expect for the price...full size fridge, small cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. The bathroom was very clean. Bed might have been a bit softer than we're used to, but still comfy. Front desk staff, Megan, was great for making us feel welcome and at home.

Nice for a quick stay or a weeklong stay too
We came to see a band in Austin at a venue nearby. Perfect for that. We arrived midday and left at checkout. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. It was clean and had a large fridge. I wouldn't mind staying there again. I felt safe at the spot. Well lit parking lot.

Not easy to get in and out of due to the busy feeder roads; side streets rough surfaces; $5 per night parking (really?!); no restaurants conveniently nearby (walking distance); getting in and out of parking mildly hazardous (area drivers not very courteous on average).
