Have 2 dogs and a friend came with me. Husband passed away and had funeral the day of the stay here. We need to just find a peaceful place to stay and breathe!! Thanks so much This helped me out a lot !!

We love this hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The bed was really comfortable.

The property was lovely! They have clearly poured a lot of love into this place. The house has excellent attention to detail, woth each room uniquely and carefully themed. The grounds are beautiful and the house is warm and cozy - we especially loved the Christmas tree. A wonderful place to get away.

The property is conveniently located just off highway 65, which makes it an excellent choice for a good night's sleep for the last mile. It was an excellent value given the level of cleanliness and delightful staff. It met or exceeded my expectations given the cost of the room. There's a Walmart adjacent to the property, and a Casey's convenience store directly across the highway. There are many other options for dining and other services in the immediate area as well.

My family and I wanted to do something different for the Christmas holiday, while also celebrating my husbands birthday. During booking we had some issues with VRBO I spoke with Suzy and she helped to put my mind at ease and was very responsive when going back and forth with VRBO. Arrival day, everything was as described. Suzie provide a list of things to do in the area and eatery's. It was a rainy trip, but we took a trip to see the waterfalls in the area and drove an hour to the Ozark National Forest to see more waterfalls and hike. It was absolutely beautiful. We also went to the bowling alley close to the house. That was fun, but the food was not great at all. My husband grilled on Saturday morning for dinner and we played games that were provided on the shelf. I'm so thankful for this trip, my family and I were able to bond and enjoy what nature offered.

This house was so perfect for our family! It is VERY secluded and the property is great for exploring. We came on this trip to do some hiking and just hang out playing games in the house. The only disappointment was it had a hot tub advertised and there was no hot tub. We had actually picked this one over others because of the hot tub. So that was disappointing, but other than that it was perfect. Comfortable beds, easy communication with the owner and beautiful scenery. We want to come back in the summer when we can get in the water! It was a great place for a winter getaway also!! Highly recommend!
