The check in process was smooth. They allowed early checkin based on room availability. The cleanliness is top notch. Nice ocean view. Only drawback is the bathroom had no fan.

My husband and I came for a quick 2 night stay. The hotel is up stairs so if you need accessibility, this isn't the place for you. The room was clean and quiet and the view fabulous. Located right in the heart of the boardwalk with a 10 minute walk to the ferry shuttle. Great place to stay.

The rooms are small, but they are clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The common area outside area was comfortable sunny had comfy chairs and table. The people were very nice accommodating trustworthy. In general, it was a good experience and well worth the money, considering the cost of in Avalon

The only good thing about this place is its location: it is literally right across from the beach. Other than that, the best way I can describe it is "felt like the most expensive Motel 6 I've ever stayed in." Attached photo is of the "Courtyard view." Yes, that's a ladder leaning against the wall about 2' from our window. And yes, that's the entirety of the "included breakfast," which I would basically consider decorative and not worth touching.

The Hotel is in town within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ticket office for excursions is close by also. I suggest paying a little extra and getting a room overlooking the ocean.

Pleasant stay
The room was small but very nice. Steps to the beach/harbor. We walked from the boat to the hotel it was very convenient. I can’t say enough about the location.
