Very basic property, which was ok for our budget. Unfortunatley it wold seem that this property is run by a criminal organisation, as they charged me twice for my room (Cash onsite and then took money from my credit card). I tried contacting them by Mail / Phone but without success. They did not acknowledge that i had tried to contact them. A bunch of crooks !!!

Surprising stay
We have stayed in avignon many times over the years. This hotel is away from the centre and is in a more run down area. The room was clean and fine. Parking was In a secure and gated area. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a hotel in avignon on a medium budget I would recommend this hotel

Spatious hotel, kind staff
Stayed overnight in Avignon with the family on vacation. Two bedroom unit with two bath was amply spatious and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for modest accommodations a short drive from the city centre.

2 Star Hotel that provides a good night's rest
Owner & staff very welcoming and accommodating. Our assigned room smelled strongly of smoke ( supposed to be 100% nonsmoking hotel), they found us a better room. Neighborhood is nothing to write home about but felt safe to walk back& forth to Avignon even late at night for 2 traveling ladies. There is a stadium/ arena close by but all was quiet-- could be an issue if it hosts noisy events. All in all, a good stay, nothing bad, nothing exceptional.

Great Hotel
We had a three night break at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable and the proprietor couldn't have been more helpful. He gave lots of advise on where to go and what to see both in town and the surrounding countryside. He even provided us with tourist maps, we got so much info we didn't bother with the tourist office. Don't be put off by the area not looking very inviting, we went out at night and felt perfectly safe and we are knocking on a bit. Location good too as it's about a 15 min walk to the walled town. Very good value for the money.

Well situated hotel
The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre, in a quiet location with enclosed parking. Very good value for money but the best feature for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietors. We actually followed their suggested tourist itineraries in Avignon and the surrounding countryside.

Good budget hotel. About a thirty minute walk to pope's palace. Very nice staff.
This is a great hotel for budget travelers. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff is friendly. We found it to be about a 30 minute walk from the Pope's Palace.

188€ la nuit, ( forcément c’est le festival d’Avignon!) payable en arrivant ( on comprend pourquoi 😡,) climatisation en panne , 35* dans la chambre, pas de rideau , tringle posé dans un angle de la chambre, télé hors service, un ventilateur cassé, un 2e ventilateur bruyant , salle de bain décrépie et pas propre, voisins bruyants ! L’horreur !

Ugly and really abandoned, but nice workers!
People working so nice! But hotel looks really ugly, rooms are totally destroyed (paint and other details are really abandoned) looks like you are on a developing country, Don´t know how they are even able to offer such place in this website. At Night people going in and out and to much noise of people fucking around.

Nous sommes arrivé très tard et le personnels est resté à nous attendre. C'était le seul point positif. Chambre non insonorisée, nous n'avons pas dormis de la nuit. Le lit et les coussins ne sont pas comfortable. Nous devions rester 2 nuits mais nous sommes partis le lendemain matin.
