Excellent stay
Stay was lovely, calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good to set you up for the day. My wife grew up 5 minutes from here and love to get back when we can and the Piersland is a small home from home. Highly recommended.

Piersland House is beautiful- lovely room, friendly staff, gorgeous grounds. The only thing i wasn't keen on is the lighting in the restaurant. Please change it, those spotlights really kill the ambience of an otherwise lovely room. The meal was very tasty though.

Needed a room for the night after a long drive on our way to Arran and this was just perfect. Exactly what we needed after 9 hours driving. Beautiful room, great shower and really comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant and all had a delicious meal in the evening - my husband said it was the best lasagna he’d ever had, our son and I chose fish dishes and they were fab too. We requested breakfast at 7am as getting the first ferry and that was superb too, came very quickly. We didn’t eat a lot as it was so early but the lovely lady gave us a bag to take some supplies for the journey. A brilliant start to our holiday and we’d highly recommend.

This was our second visit, and just as nice. Food is excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Plates are hot!! Always a good sign in my opinion. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a mews cottage which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel overall was very nice. Room was very small though, particularly the bathroom. I think a lot would struggle to use that bathroom. The room was also very warm overnight.

Fantastic hotel
We stayed in the Mews and attended a wedding at the hotel. The accommodation, food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend the Piersland.
