Dinlenmek için harika bir tesis çok sakin bir lokasyonda, odalar ve hotel çok temizdi gayet memnun kaldık özellikle odadaki her şey müşterinin rahat etmesi için düşünülmüştü, kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi kadırga plajı denize girmek çok güzel fakat bölgeye yakın assos da çok fazla bir şey yok ve küçücük bir alandı

Otele aile dostlarımızla iki çift olarak gittik. Tesisler tamamen konfor odaklı ve doğal güzelliğin tadını çıkarmak için tasarlanmış diyebilirim. Oda temizlikleri, odada sunulan cihazlar ve konsept ile otel imkanları gayet güzeldi. Restoranı gayet başarılı, ilgili ve güleryüzlü personeli ile tatilimizin daha uzun olmasını diledik. Tekrar bu tesisi ziyaret edebilmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Otel konumu, kaldığımız odanın dizaynı, kullanılan eşyaların kalitesi ve temizliği ile memnun etti. Mis gibi havası ve şahane manzarası dinlenmek için birebir. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi, ancak yemek ücretleri muadil restoranlara göre biraz yüksek geldi. Karşılamadan, konaklamamıza ilgilenen Aydın bey ve Cemile hanıma teşekkür ederiz. Yaz sezonu dışında diğer sezonlarda da gitmeyi düşüneceğim bir yer oldu.

En kötü konaklama tecrübemiz :/
Dünyanın farklı ülkelerinde birçok otel deneyimi yaşamış biri olarak öncelikle şunu söyleyebilirim ki yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi! Eşimle birlikte 3 günlüğüne kafa dinlemek için seçtiğimiz otelin, konumu ve manzarası dışında aldığımız hiçbir hizmetten memnun kalmadık. En önemli konu ise otelin ve özellikle odaların temiz olmaması. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda her yer aşırı derecede toz ve saç içerisindeydi. Yatak nevresimlerinin değiştirilmediğini fark ettik, yastık kılıflarında bir önceki müşterinin makyaj izleri hala duruyordu. Talep ettiğimizde nevresimler değişti, yüzeysel bir temizlik yapıldı fakat hala içimize sinmeyen bir kirlilik söz konusuydu. Otel çalışanlarının tavrı, asık suratları, yanımızda birbirleriyle sürekli tartışmaları çok rahatsız ediciydi. Sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde çalışanlar gözümüzün içine baka baka otelin önünde sigara içiyorlardı, asla müşterilerle ilgilenmediler. Aynı çalışanlar hiç ellerini yıkamadan kahvaltı servisine başladılar. Genel anlamda hijyen anlayışının asla olmadığı kanaatindeyim. Kahvaltıda ekstra istediğimiz 1 yumurta için 90 tl ücret aldılar :) Sosyal medya hesaplarında sundukları kahvaltı ve sunum görselleri ile de asla alakası yoktu kahvaltının. Sıcak serviste sadece yumurta geliyor örneğin. Oteli tercih etmeyi düşünen insanlara doğru bir kılavuz olması açısından tüm tecrübelerimi aktarmak istediğim için uzun bir yazı oldu. Umarım işletme, kısa sürede daha profesyonel çalışanlarla daha kaliteli hizmet sunma gayretine girer.

Muhteşem bir otel.
Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonumuzu yaptık. Şunu söylemem gerekir ki sitenizde olan fotoğraflar aslını yansıtmıyor. Otel cok daha güzel. Konumu çok güzel bi yerde. Oda gelişigüzel dizayn edilmemiş. Her şey lüks denilebilir. Sadece manzara için bile gidilebilecek bir otel olmasına rağmen en ince ayrıntısına kadar ugraşılmış. Buharlı dikey ütü, çaycı, şarap için buz makinesi, şömine.. yastıklar, bornozlar her sey en iyisi. Verdiğimiz parayı sonunu kadar hak eden bir yer oldu. Tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel oldu. Her şey için teşekkürler

Yeni açılmış her detayıyla sizi şımartacak kadar lüks bir tesis. Ancak hizmet birkaç detayda daha bu seviyede degil, zamanla oturacaktır. Odalarda her detay düşünülmüş, içinden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Kahvaltı şaşırtıcı derece de küçüktü, bu gecelik fiyatlarda daha büyük kahvalti olmasi lazim. Bir dilim kasar, bir ince dilim beyaz peynirle tesisin kalitesine uzak bir kahvalti. Mükemmel Ötesi Bir Deneyim
Mükemmel ötesi bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Biz deluxe odada kaldık, tam bir deneyim odasıydı. Buz makinesi, espresso makinesi, şarap soğutucusu, buharlı ütü, kış ayları için şömine ve tüm ekipmanları, bluetooth hoparlör... Banyodaki ürünlerin kalitesi, havluların yanında bornoz da olması, yatağın rahatlığı çok güzel düşünülmüş detaylardı. Oda koşullarının yanında manzarası, çevrenin sakinliği ve işletmeci Aydın Bey'in çok iyi derecede sunduğu konukseverliği gerçekten takdir edilesi. Konum itibariyle Kadırga plajına, Assos Antik Kentine araçla 10 dakika olması da ayrıca olumlu bir özellikti. Sadece yaz değil, kış aylarında da Assos'taki tek tercihimiz olacak.
