Mükemmel bir kahvaltı sunuyorlar, personelin tümü güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İlk karşılamada ikram edilen kahveden ayrılırken son dakikaya kadar çok keyif aldık. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Don't Book Garden Level
We booked the Cunda House Kucuk Otel for 2 nights but only stayed 1. When we first arrived in our Garden Floor Family Room, I thought it was kind of odd the only entry into our room was through our patio door. As we entered the room, it had a dark, cave-like quality to it with the thick, concrete walls. The room had AC, a mini fridge, and storage space for luggage/clothes. The beds were firm, yet comfortable (be careful though as the headboards weren't attached to anything, just wedged between the beds and the wall). The bathroom was at the furthest end of room and contained only 2 lights over the sink, insufficient storage for personal hygiene products, 1 peg to hold a hand towel, and ants on the floor. We notified the front desk of the pests and asked if there was availability to move to another room not on the ground level. They were fully booked and said they'd try to clean or spray. However, they didn't have any spray and implied that this sort of comes with the territory on the ground level. Needless to say, we weren't happy with the level of customer service. Note: the upper-level rooms looked amazing and probably didn't have the same pest problem. The next morning, we ate a delicious breakfast with a sea view. The owner was also on site and was much more willing to make alternate accommodations for us. So, we moved to their sister property, Cunda Vrodi Hotel. The room at this property was clean, had better natural light, and had an equally delicious breakfast.

Staff are really friendly, helpful and offers a good hospitality. Hotel easy to reach and provide a parking location. I am not quite sure what happens when hotel is busy...Breakfast is really great with the local tastes. They can get top mark with their hospitality and breakfast.

Yorumlara güvenerek geldik fakat tam işlek cadde üzerinde çok gürültülü bir konumda olan bu otelin odaları küçük ve kullanışsız. Sadece yatak koymuşlar oturacak yer yoktu, balkonu da minnacık ve zaten çıkıp oturmak istemiyorsunuz gürültüden, kapı ve pencerelerdeki izolasyon iyi olmadığı için hem dışarının sıcağı ve hem gürültüsü içeri giriyor ( eko friendly asla değil). Perdelerin ölçüsü pencerelerden küçük ve perdelerde badana lekeleri vardı, hiç profesyonel değil. Banyo küçük fakat temizdi, kahvaltıları da lezzetli ve çeşitli idi. Dinlenmek için geldik yorgun döndük. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Hotel is right on a noisy road
The hotel is right on the Ayvalık-Cunda road. During our stay the road was like a highway. Very noisy and dusty. The facility looks nice, just like in the pictures. The owners may be nice people as well, I don’t know. However all of the facility: the pool, the rooms, the garden is facing the noisy and dusty road. None of this is mentioned at the website. So I booked the pricy room (560 TL/night) expecting some silence and comfort, only to be dissapointed.

Also ich weiß wirklich nicht wo ich anfangen soll Ich fange am liebsten mit den guten Sachen an, das dauert höchstwahrscheinlich nicht so lang Der Ort wo sich das Hotel befindet ist sehr zentral und praktisch zu erreichen es fahren auch regelmäßig Busse an dem Hotel in die Innenstadt vorbei. Das Hotel sieht von aussen auch sehr schön aus und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind jetzt nicht die nettesten aber sie können zumindest einmalig lächeln. Frühstück ist 1A es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten und Auswahl, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Wechsel Möglichkeiten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen o.ä sind auch okay. ABER. Das Hotel besitzt keinen Flur o.ä man muss jedes Mal an den Gästen vorbei die grade am quatschen sind oder am Essen, es ist beidseitig nicht angenehm, da auch zu viele Tische in den eigentlichen Flur gestellt wurden. Zudem sind die Zimmer Sehr unsauber überall waren Flecken, am Badezimmer. Die Duschkabine war mittlerweile komplett an den Versiegelungen braun, im Waschbecken waren braune Spuren. Auf den Garnituren genau so Wasserflecken die mittlerweile schon geklebt und verfärbt waren. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer wurde nachts automatisch abgestellt was dazu geführt hat das Lebensmittel wie Eis, geschmolzen sind und das Medikamente schlecht wurden. Die Betten waren eine reine Katastrophe, super unbequemer Zustand aufgrund der Betonplatten die als Ästhetik unter den Matratzen stehen. Man kann wirklich nicht schlafen. Am Ende des eine6/10

Otele ilk girdigim andan itibaren cok ilgiliydiler. Ilk defa cunda ya gitmeme ragmen cok nazik sekilde yardimci oldular bilgi verdiler. Giris saatimden çok once gelmeme ragmen esyalarimi birakip disarida vakit gecirdim ve 13 gibi otele geldiğimde odamin temizliği yapilmis olup hemen yerleştim. Cok guzel bir konumda otel. Kahvaltilarda dolu doluydu ve aninda servis yapiyorlardı. Otelin konumu, otel calisanlarin nazik ve guler yuzlu olması, otelin temizligi 10 numaraydi. Sorunsuz sekilde ayrıldım. Tesekkurler

Cundadaki evimiz
2 çift olarak farklı kategorideki odalarda kaldık deniz manzaralı ve jakuzili odalarını tavsiye edebilirim. Temizlik konusunda çok hassaslar odalara biz istemediğimiz sürece girmediler ama hergün isteklerimizi ısrarla sordular birebir özel ilgi vardı. Erken gitmemize rağmen hemen bizim odamızdan temizliği başlatıp erkenden odaya aldılar. Bütün çalışanların Güleryüzlü oluşu en önemli detaydı tabi ki kahvaltıyı da atlamamak lazım çok uzun zamandır hiçbir konakladığımız yerde bu kadar güzel kahvaltı yapmamıştık. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Artık Cundadaki tek adremizsiniz.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Ortamı ferah, temiz ve keyifliydi. Çarşıya ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Kahvaltısı çok iyi ve lezzetliydi. Yorumlarda ve fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Hatta beklediğimizden daha iyiydi. Tekrar Cunda'ya tatile gelirsek burada kalmayı tercih edebiliriz. Tavsiye ederim.
