This property has had problems with heating and hot water for over a year now, im sure the staff are sick of having to make excuses and apologies to customers, won’t be going back
I really enjoy the use of the sauna, the jacuzzi, and the swimming pool. The property is well maintained and has pleasant surroundings . It is very clean also.The hotel is frequently occupied by myself. My son and daughter in law had their wedding reception here 12 years ago.Very good hotel.
Currently a new housing estate been built around the hotel not sure if this will change the hotels appeal
Staff we particulary helpful when I had misplaced my cloths after using the swimming facilities. Well done to the front desk for reviewing the camara footage to identify the root cause !!!

Had to move rooms twice 1) toilet broken 2)tv didn’t work
The room was lovely and the shower was amazing. I tried using the air con but it didn't cool down the room much and it interfered with the tv. I was woken up late at night by trolleys being taken outside then woken up again at 7:30am by the same noise. The toilet was a nightmare to flush. I appreciated complimentary treats in the fridge.

Our stay was not so wow but okay
The service was good but the building fixtures could do with a bit of touching up, the bathroom could hardly fit two people, the bar and breakfast personnel were excellent
