This cozy 2-floor apartment is located in Balatonföldvár, one of the most beautiful towns on the southern shore of Lake Balaton. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the western part of the city. In the large 400m2 garden you will find a covered parking space, swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture. The well-tended garden has a cozy atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a shop, restaurant, outdoor pool and tennis court. Lake Balaton is just 300m away.

This spacious yet cozy apartment is located on the first and second floors of the building and has a total area of 145 m2. It has been comfortably furnished. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms each furnished with a double bed; a living room with cable TV; a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is also located here and is fully-equipped including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, TV, dishes, pans, plates, glasses – in short, everything you need. The second floor also has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the building you can connect to the Internet with your laptop via WLAN.

Balatonföldvár (meaning “stone castle on Lake Balaton”) has a history of over one thousand years. The town was already inhabited in Celtic times. It was then that it was turned into an earthen fortress. At the end of the 19th and early 20th century the town had assumed an important role as it was a popular holiday resort of the aristocracy, the nobility and a certain circle of senior officials and soldiers. Today the municipality is a popular destination for those longing for a quiet family holiday. Sports enthusiasts can choose from numerous options such as surfing, pedal boating, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tennis, cycling and boat excursions. In winter you can also skate and sleigh ride. The summer also offers a colorful palette of cultural and sporting events (parties, plays, concerts, exhibitions and national as well as international yacht races). A nice welcoming gesture is that you can park free in the city and on the (free) beaches there are activities organized for a relaxing pastime. Balatonföldvar has one of the largest marinas on Lake Balaton as well as a port for passenger traffic. In Balatonföldvár you have all the benefits of the southern shore experience - the water is shallow and the beaches contain fine sand. The town has 3km of coastline with beaches which are ideal and safe for families with small children. On the eastern beach you will find lifeguards, several restaurants and cafeterias, a giant slide, a beach volleyball court, a playground and a green meadow surrounded by trees where you can sunbathe. There is also a rental facility here where you can get all kinds of sports equipment. The activity team organizes various sports competitions and championships for amateur athletes plus there are creative activities and organized games for children.
The western beach has smaller buffets and cafeterias, plus a sports equipment rental facility and a green pasture where you can sunbathe. The central beach of the town that everyone calls the "free beach" is situated right next to the marina where the boats dock for passenger traffic. Plenty of natural beauty; green and carefully maintained parks; a lovely seafront; and buildings built in various styles all help to give the town a cozy and characteristic atmosphere. The big advantage of Balatonföldvár compared to other resorts is that you have a wonderful panoramic view of the lake (in clear weather you can see a 200 km shoreline of the lake).

The Special Tax always includes the Tourism Tax of Balatonföldvár, the Internet access, the water, gas, electricity, pool usage fees in the Apartment. The tourist tax applies to every person without exception!
