The loft is perfect for other members of the family to have their own oasis with two twin beds. This updated condo is just a walk away from the community pool and a short drive from all of the islands great amenities.

A wonderful get away
What a wonderful get away! This was my first time bringing my fiancé to Bald Head and he LOVED it. This place was the perfect little spot to unwind and relax! The property was extremely clean, close to all the things, and provided enough space to get comfy! We will be coming back!

Super Clean, Well Appointed & Quiet!
This Royal James location on BHI was perfect for our impromptu family gathering where the unit next door belongs to extended family members.
‘Just a Splash’ has been updated and is very nicely appointed with plenty of hotel quality towels and bed linens. Great value, especially in summer months considering the pool and outdoor shower (no club membership required). Beds were very comfortable, don’t hesitate, this is a nice unit!
