"Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major."

"Ballina Manor was okay but needs some update to its overall condition. Was a bit disappointed that there was no temperature control in the room as it was rather stuffy in there. In summary, nice but could improve. Hotel staff was okay. Not rude, but definitely not excellent service"
