Traditional Cottage finished to a high standard- only 300m from the coast, nestling between the Twelve Pins and the Atlantic Ocean.

Dramatic views of the mountains, lake and sea. An ideal relaxing getaway, perfect for exploring Connemara’s landscape of flora and fauna, unspoilt beaches, mountain ranges and the beautiful Western Way walking routes.

Ground Floor:

Open plan kitchen/living room

The living room has 2 two seater couches with an electric fire and a large screen smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances an air fryer and a breakfast bar to seat 2 people. The kitchen leads into the conservatory which has a dining table to seat 6 overlooking the beautiful views of the Twelve Pins. There is a sliding door leading to a paved area. From here you can access the utility room housing a separate washing machine and dryer. Great area to store buggies, wet suits or golf clubs. From the dining area, there is another door leading to the side of the house.

Bedroom 1: Double room with a king-sized bed, wooden flooring, and fitted wardrobes. Water and land views.

Notice: A recent test on the water supply at the Lettershask development has shown exceeding limits for Iron and Manganese making the water not suitable for drinking (even if boiled). Efforts are currently being looked into to overcome the situation however until a solution has been reached advise is not to drink the water.
