Para ser ótimo, teria que ter um frigobar nos quartos, um bilhete de alto cuidado padrão Ibis (mesmo sendo budget), fazer com que os hospedes se sintam especiais. Na recepção ou bar, mostrar para as pessoas opções onde encontrar lugares para comer a noite (nós fomos para um treinamento e o bar estava fechado, ficamos um tempo escolher onde comer por não conhecer a cidade), isso seria de grande ajuda para os hospedes.
