This was a quick one night stay over as we were visiting family. The area seemed safe. Check in was easy and the staff were quite friendly. The room was very dated, with popcorn ceilings and older furniture. It was spacious, though, and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well, and the room was quiet. Furnishings had dings, scratches, and dents. Our room came with an iron, ironing board, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The internet was perfect. The hotel offered a free breakfast, which consisted of a buffet-style menu of eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, etc. For a one or two night basic stay, it was perfect. If you happen to be looking for a more upscale setting, this may not be the hotel for you.

Property needs to be updated. Letting the building downgrade condition without any new upkeep. Doesn't look like owner has invested any money on keeping with the quality of comfort suite. Doesn't look like they want to keep the franchise brand name

Last minute booking

The room was comfortable and had extra seating. The staff was nice and accommodated us to get two rooms on the same floor, and they had coffee. The room was a bit dusty with a few stains. We didnt use the shower because of a few stains in the tub.

Worst expense ever

Literally the worst experience I ever had. I came here thinking that me and my partner would have a wonderful day out of town, but that is not how it went. Our bathroom toilet did not work. It did not flush it overflowed the ceiling with key in and fallen, the walls had holes I took photos of the staff was really rude and told me to leave the premises and never come back because I addressed them about the issue. I want a refund. No one should pay for this type of experience.
