DO NOT COME HERE! I had a pair of Cartier glasses when I left my room for my event 8/31/25. Next morning I'm gathering my belongings and I cannot find those pair of glasses. I went down to the front desk to ask if maybe housekeeping went in, I was assured they did not. As I'm checking out I mentioned to the person at the front desk I looked everywhere but they said wait until housekeeping cleans for the day. I followed up few hours later spoke with Mohammad and asked for the manager. Manager wasn't available. Mohammad says call back tomorrow morning (9/2/25) whatever housekeeping finds it's given to front desk. Well, today is follow up there's no manager and he was extremely rude. The glasses are indeed missing. Someone must of went into my room and took the Cartier glasses. There's no other explanation. The fact Mohammad was so rude & dismissive leads me to believe "front desk" knows something shady is going on! He refused to give me the managers name & hours. PS bring sandals to shower with because the shower is full of rust and rundown! The small face towels had hairs in 2 of them- not my hair as I didn't use them yet. The window coverings are not black out and do not cover the full window. I will never come back to this hotel!

This was a last-minute stay and it was one of the few hotels available during Labor Day weekend. The room was decent however, the pullout couch was a torture chamber. Not only was the tiny mattress stained and torn, It was so uncomfortable as the springs were going through the mattress itself. The mattress was only 2 inches thick and it was the most uncomfortable torturous experience of my life. They should be ashamed to have anyone sleep on such a poor kept couch.

Little rough this time

This place was a little rough. The front desk staff said nothing while I was checking in until I asked what time breakfast was. He replied politely, however I have always been greeted when I get to a hotel. Maybe he was having a bad day. The whole hotel had quite a strong fragrance, not a bad smell, but very strong. They do not vacuum as I found a lot of food crumbs and a quarter on the floor of my room. There was a gummy bear in the hallway for all 4 days I was there, no vacuuming in the hallway either? The mold on the ceiling of the bathroom was the worst part of all. It looked like someone "repaired" the ceiling in the bathroom but didn't paint over the patches and mold was all over the unpainted joint compound. I remember Comfort Suites being better in the past.

It would be nice if they had a shuttle going to one of the casinos at least, but they do not. We had an issue with loud neighbors and they were accommodating to us and moved us to another room. That room was nice, however we discovered some small ants crawling on the coffee table and floor which was a little gross. We did bring it to their attention when we left. The breakfast was good and appreciated.
