Room wasn’t very clean and outdated. Upon returning there was no parking spaces available. Had to park on a snow bank. Morning shower was horrible. Water was luke warm at best. Mini fridge made noise which kept waking us up. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Staff was very courteous. We were only here for a night after a show at Mohegan Sun. Older hotel, needs some updating. Room was clean, served its purpose to not have to drive back to Boston after a late show.

This is exactly what you would expect for a room at this price point. Room was clean staff was friendly. The room had no blackout curtains which was unfortunate and the parking lot situation was not ideal. It was not well lit and I wasn’t very comfortable leaving my car there. All in all it was a good place if you needed a place to crash after a show at Mohegan and aren’t planning on staying at the hotel very long. Not sure if I would go back

This hotel is falling apart. Paint is peeling and the ceilings are leaking. There was a nice man at check in. Very friendly. The suite was a great price for a jaccuzi tub. There were two rooms with a door for privacy. It's rare to have a seating area in hotel rooms. The room felt like it could use a wipe down with Clorox wipes but otherwise it was clean. The free breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly. This place does not cover the eggs in cheese, like some value hotel breakfast place. We didn't feel like driving home after exploring Mystic all day. Comfort Suites was a perfect place to unwind in the jacuzzi tub and sleep before hitting the road in the morning. Bonus, it did not break the bank!

The room was okay but upon further look the couch was covered in semen stains and then when we opened it it had dried vomit under the cushions. The staff offered a new couch but I did not trust the replacement and we left after 3.5 hours. It was horrible. I do not reccomend.
