We paid a lot extra for this jetted tub feature. Husband got injured from the intake on the tub. It was sharp, broken and the suction sucked him in and left a HUGE mark and just about a wound. I reported this to staff and showed him the photo of the injury and he simply said he “would tell maintenance”. If this was an elderly person or weak person they would have been severely injured! Due to this and insufficient working heat in bedroom with jetted tub we only used it once. We paid for 2 days and had to pay $49 for late check it after all of this.

Exercise room had very little equipment -- especially, no stationary bike. Pool in good condition, though. A "suite" as my room was billed is expected to have two rooms, with a door between the bedroom and sitting room. This was just a normal-sized hotel room, I guess they call the (unseparated) area with desk and couch a sitting room. A fine room, but don't call it a suite. Probably management can do little about this, but there was talking in the hallway after bedtime, and also for the first time in hundreds of hotel nights I heard sex noises from the next room. Potential customers may want to know, this may be a place, being in the casino vicinity, where people take sex workers. Room was clean, the blackout shades worked, and breakfast was good. Shower flow wasn't great -- high pressure but narrow stream.

The hotel was under renovation and had a terrible odor I am sure is from a leaking roof. The problem is are trying to cover up with cleaner smell. I realize management is really trying to renovate but they should really close for this. I alerted staff there was a leak in our room which caused a big puddle on our floor during the night. The staff was very kind upon check in and I realize they are doing the best they can.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from front desk to breakfast. The room was clean and beds were comfortable however, the hotel is very run down and in much need of total room renovations. Torn curtains, broken closet, bathroom door wouldn’t close completely.

We would have left this property a better review but they were in the process of renovations. Our floor specifically was being renovated during our stay and we were not thrilled about the cost for this experience. It is a great location and a quick drive to the Casino.

Sketchy clientele….breakfast absolutely disgusting. The meal tables crowded…wall to wall people. One day,no sugar for coffee. The bacon wasn’t bacon,not sure what it was. There is no bar. Allegedly in summer. Staff was nice ,good location. They are doing renovations so lots of workers. Cannot recommend.

Check in staff member was courteous and informative. Room was decent size a bit outdated including the furniture but for 2 late night stays it was double. Breakfast had a few items to choose from buffet style and was good.
