it got the job done but I would say the place needs some attention to detail. there are several cosmetic opportunities for the site as a whole. the entry way, the elevators, the hallway, the room. the facility just seems like it needs a makeover and some utility updates.

The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel in years! What's with the hard bed trend? Not here, fell asleep immediately even with the low battery smoke detector in the hall. The hotel was clean and pest free, but the bathroom needed a serious makeover. The tub was squishy, parts of the wall were missing, and there was mold on the walls. But that water pressure! Best lower back massage, and it wasn't even detachable. Rinsed my conditioner in seconds!

No parking, very odd room. Deadbolt had been previously ripped off of the door. Bathtub separating from the wall, constant running faucet. All of the drawers missing knobs? Clean enough to sleep one night but wouldn’t do more than that.

Down systems didn’t allow us to check in on time
Our stay was for a friends wedding. With a scheduled check in time of 3pm we had a ride set up for 4:45. When we arrived the hotels system was down so we were unable to check in. We tried to wait it out. But after over 1 hour of waiting it was still not resolved. My wife and I had to get ready in the lobby and put all our stuff back in the car to make the wedding in time. Thankfully when the night was over. We were able to get into our room

It’s a good enough spot to get some sleep. It’s not the nicest hotel you’ll find, it’s a bit out dated. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the top floor for feee breakfast is wonderful.

The rooms here are terrible, outdated,filthy and the customer service was just as terrible as the rooms. Will not be back and possible never again at the comfort inn.

Overpriced room. Previously have stayed comfort inns but this property was terrible. Outdated rooms pictures on site are deceiving. Not what I expected and would never stay again.
