Don’t recommend
Host failed to set up property correctly in regards to requiring insurance, host then proceeds to get catty and rude about my unwillingness to book an entirely new trip and pay in full up front and trust that she adjusts the rates, host also claims to be on the phone with support to remedy her mistake regarding the insurance but then proceeds to not have any clue what support can and cannot do leaving me, the guest, to pursue support and the insurance company over her mistake, host is not very accommodating, check in was 3-4 hours late, there were a lot of broken or busted pieces in the apartment, ripped bed sheets, and stained sheets, in addition, host also lies, ie. we unplugged a cord to plug a phone in, host claims this is the WiFi to the whole building, only to find the TMobile WiFi router behind the fridge and the plug was actually to a camera, not a good experience at all, neighborhood is not good, wouldn’t recommend this host and while my group had some of its own problems, host was exemplified everything stated before my group caused anything
