The forst room we stayed in smelled like mold, and the carpet was wet. Then we moved rooms, and in the morning i went to fill the coffee maker with water and two roaches crawled out.
The room was absolutely filthy, and there was some sort of blood stains on the curtains. Also, there was no breakfast buffet. Just some fruit with flies around it and some old coffee.
No restaurant, very little snack and beverage options for purchase in lobby. Front desk unable to recommend places to eat nearby. Had to request my parking ticket twice. TV was broken and AC unit worked but poorly. The hallways felt dingy
Staff were great! With the restaurant closed there’s a grab and go breakfast. The toaster was not working - had to reach in or stick plastic ware in to get out muffins or toast- it would not pop up. Only 1 side worked.
Paper towel machine in the lobby bathroom did not work, and being electronic there was no way to manually dispense them.
The room had a safety latch which was ripped half off the wall- not safe at all, would not stop the door from opening.
The dresser door to the fridge cabinet was broken, and would not close. This meant the fridge door had to be opened to access any dresser drawers.
The staff was very very friendly and helpful. If not for them I would be giving 2 or 3 stars.
The staff was amazing! Everyone we interacted with was super nice! The room was not as good as expected or as good as last time. The mini fridge took way too long to get our drinks cold, and the water at the sink did not get hotter than room temperature. The AC unit was SOOO loud, but so were the sirens outside, so that was not a huge deal. The channel selection on the TV could have been better, but we did not watch all that much this time around. I just remember the room from last time I stayed being much better all around. I'm really hoping it was just this room because we really like the property and the area. Why was I charged a "safe fee" when I didn't even use a safe??
Pretty run of the mill for a downtown hotel in a big city, as in, very expensive for what you actually get but the room was nice and the location was perfect for the activities we had planned.
No restaurant on site like website said-very bad
TV missing half of the channels cuz of signal issues-very bad
continental breakfast-very limited
