Beds are extremely comfortable, and hotel mostly seemed well-maintained, though one elevator was out of service in the tower where our room was, so the other one was slow to arrive & sometimes seemed to turn off the call light without arriving.
On our arrival morning, the hotel website sent a notification offering us the chance to check in online & choose our room. We did, since we were travelling with friends & wanted to be near them. The rooms were confirmed - across the hall from each other, so great - but later that day we received a note saying the hotel had moved our room to the other tower, leaving us far from our travelling companions. As well, the hotel’s app said we could access our rooms using our phones - this didn’t work, and when I went to the main desk to ask they said it was because we’d ordered through expedia… Then WHY send the links? When I asked why we’d been moved from the rooms we’d chosen, the front desk personnel said it was because there was a problem with the original room - but I went by and heard TV & voices inside it, so I think the “problem” was that they’d given it to someone else…
