Lousy shuttle service. Front desk gave wrong directions for pick up. Said door 7 and should have been island 7. Lost lost recalled, waited one hour when another hotel felt bad and picked me up. Hotel charged $11 for two $1 items at walmart. Ridiculous. Used Uber to leave instead of shuttle

Friendly staff! Super convenient location, shuttle from airport and free parking. Needs some updates to the rooms. My room was clean and quiet but looks dated and the ceiling and drapes had visible prior water damage that should be addressed.

This hotel does not respect this customers. I was refuse service because I had my socks on and not any shoes. When I went to the manager to speak to her about it, she told me that she would get back with me and she never did.

Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Elevator broke down and other elevator was slow. Breakfast which was extra was not that good. Still service staff were polite. Not happy with the stay although I have stayed before and that is why I chose to stay again.

This property is unsure for customers and staff. I spoke with staff after car thieves tried to steal the tire off my rental car. The hotel has 1 camera on their property and that’s over the front desk. The police report confirms the theft attempt on the property and confirmed this has happened at the hotel specifically with the rental car type. My room door got stuck and I couldn’t get in the room or out for 3 minutes. I had to call my colleague to get me out who was next door. The thermostat battery needs to be replaced, could be a maintenance delay. I would not stay at that hotel or in the area again.
