Things we liked: Hotel itself appears fresh and new. Staffs were friendly and helpful for the most part. Location was perfect to get to the airport. The airport shuttle was perfect and well organised, it was available when we needed it and the drivers were patient and kind The heating in our room was not working, so the room was cold most of the time, the maintenance person came to have a look and showed us how to get the heating working, but this still did not work. Breakfast was not good at all, scrambled egg was dry, sausages were dry, bacon were tasteless and pulled like rubber, and the bad breakfast was consistent throughout the stay. The staffs kindly provided hot water/coffee when needed and also provided bagels (which was the only edible enough food at the breakfast buffet)

I booked a suite and it was perfect, it had everything you’d expect plus a corkscrew & can opener. Two things I’ve not had in the past. It was more like a luxury 1 bedroom apartment. Anything I needed I was able to get from the front desk. I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Hotels and have yet to be disappointed.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was a nice suite with a king bed, a full kitchenette, and a fold out sofa in the living room. The property was in very good condition, everything was clean and tidy, and the free breakfast lounge area was spacious.

The front desk staff was nice. The room was cold and the thermostat only went up to 78*and would not get any warmer. The breakfast was not good, the eggs was over cooked, the bacon taste fake. It snowed during my stay, I’m handicap and the handicap parking spot was not cleared for me to access my vehicle.
